TBAAF Awards 2012

Hi everyone,

I am so please to say that Sweetpea came 1st in the 'Midsummer Night Dream' category in the 2012 Teddy Bear Artists and Friends Awards.

I was very shocked when I saw that she came 1st but very very pleased :)  A big thank you to everyone that voted for her.

Teddy Bear Times

Hi everyone,

Hope you are all having a great start to the weekend :)  My copy of Teddy Bear Times arrived today and I am so so pleased to say that the front cover bear is my Olly, all wrapped up for winter in his knitted hat & scarf (kindly knitted by my Mum as I can't knit lol).  Here he is .......

I am also very pleased to say that Lucy Lou, my very girly bear, also made an appearance in the Artist Gallery.  She really didn't want to be missed out :)

And lastly you got the chance to read about the goings on in my workroom in the 'My Workroom' section.  As you may see by the pictures it is very tidy BUT if you could look now it is very very different as it may be a little more messy lol :)

I am so excited to see my bears in print and owe a big big thank you to everyone at Teddy Bear Times and to everyone who has given one of my bears a lovely home ....... THANK YOU :)

Sammy in his new home

Hi everyone,

I received a lovely email from a lovely lady that adopted Sammy, one of my little bears, and she sent some pictures through to me that I just had to share.  It looks as though he has already made some friends and settled in really well :)

Fliss, a girly bear

Hi everyone,

I have just listed a very girly bear on Bear Pile.  Her name is FLISS and she is made from a gorgeous xx long mini bear fabric in pink.  She is aprrox 5 inches from head to paw and 4 inches when seated, she is unable to stand unaided.

Cyan & Primrose

Hi everyone,

Just thought I would show you two colourful bears that I have recently finished.  They have found a lovely home together but thought I would show you all anyway.

The first one is little CYAN, who is made from xlong cashmere in various shades of blue and green.  He is just 4 inches from head to paw.

The second one is Cyan's brother and she is PRIMROSE.  She is the same height as Cyan but she is made from long cashmere in various colours.  She is my little rainbow bear.

Ralphy.......

I have been busy finishing off my latest little one today and here he is.  His name is RALPHY and he is 5 inches from head to paw.  He is made from a gorgeous faux fur which is a golden colour with darker brown tips, and ever so soft.

Sky.......

Hi everyone,

I have just finished a little bear, who I have called Sky.  He reminds me of a purple nights sky (hence the name) as he is made from a gorgeous long cashmere dyed in blue, pink & purple.  He is just 4 inches from head to paw and 3 inches when sitting.

COBI, a larger bear .......

Little OJay

St Georges Day

MARLEY and Charity Event

Also, just to let everyone know I have made a bear for a charity event that will take place on facebook, this Friday at 7pm.  A number of bear artists have come together to try and raise money for GSD charity, which rescues & rehomes German Shepherd dogs.  My little one is called 'Pipsqueak' and I will also post her on her as well as bear pile so please keep a look out.

BERRIE, a miniature bunny

I have a little bunny up for adoption this week.  His name is BERRIE and he is just 3.5 inches tall and 2.5 inches when sitting, he is unable to stand unaided.  He is made from a gorgeous red xlong pile sparse mini bear fabric and he has a cute fluffy white bobtail.

Updated Blog

I have finally got round to updating my blog.  I have added some new pages to show bears that I currently have available and those listed on eBay.  I have also updated my gallery with some of my recent bears & friends that have found lovely new homes.  I hope you like them all :o)

Bear & Bunny on eBay

Hi everyone.

Just thought I would let you know that I have just listed a bear and a bunny on eBay. 

The bear is NICHOLAS, and he is made from a gorgeous XX long pile mini bear fabric and he sits at 4 inches.

The bunny is called SNOWY, and he is a little smaller as he sits at just 2.5 inches.  He is made from a super soft long pile mini bear fabric in white.  He has large floppy ears which have been lightly weighted with steel shot.  He also has the cutest little bobtail.
